Boy (free) 02:42
If I gave you my half dollar, would you still be nice to me, Although my father gave it to me, I don't want you to leave. Hey Boy, Tell me any thing I can do for you, because you're somebody I can't loose. If I let you strum my guitar, Would you still hang out with me, Although I'm the one who wrote this song, I'll still let you sing lead.

Above Me (free) 01:36

Cupcakes (free) 04:13
I'll bake you some cupcakes for your ever growing belly ache then we'll be ready for our wine. I'll mail you a letter asking you to feel better but if you don't, well that's fine. I don't see you so well when you're under the covers I don't hear you so well when you say you suffer.
5.
So, You're Looking (free) 03:55
So your Dr. knows what happened What do you want from me? So you're looking for your sweetie the drugs won't help you see.

P.P.S. (free) 04:28
I wish I was writing pointless pop songs, I fish for lyrics that I know are wrong.
7.
The Last Song (free) 03:32
For you I wrote my last song, Because the day is through. If I write my last song about you, I'll have nothing more to loose. The Chorus is nothing special, It's just a way to bridge the verse. And the bridge to me, is the same thing, That's why this writing process is a cure, But I'll write This one last song for you.

about

Second EP.
Created and recorded right after "Ballet EP" was finished. Only took about a month to write it. At this point in my life I was all about first takes, making things raw, and the like. Over half of everything I've recorded and let see the light of day are first takes, half of those are mostly improv.

On this EP:

Shaun Wisniewski: Played all the instruments. Wrote all the songs. Created all the noises. Poorly mixed everything together and hoped everyone would listen and like it.

about

Shaun W. Detroit

Shaun W. (fka Matilda) is meant to be more of a musical documentation of life events rather than a marketable musical cash cow.

It is the mostly solo, ever changing, ongoing musical project of Shaun Wisniewski.
Songs are mostly folk-y and noisy. They also have flourishes of electronic beats, sound collage, and synth. For the most part the songs are poorly produced, and that’s fine.
