Oh Yeah, I know (free) 04:47
Oh Yeah I know... I know that a girl she has needs. But also, those same girls end up having knees. It's a shame that most girls can not tell the difference between Their needs and their knees. It's so disgusting. Oh yeah, "I'm sorry." That's what she said.
2.
The Warren Trails (free) 03:21
I folded two paper airplanes and I drew little angels on the wings You said the angels look more like aliens and I could not argue Then you said if you had to choose they'd be angel, but I did not agree You gave a sigh and shook your head so I threw the airplanes up toward the glowing moon...

I watched a short clip of a grown man crying on TV I was filled with envy As I should be.

The T.T.Y. Machine (free) 04:13

Oopsie (free) 05:49
Even though I'm washed up It's time to come clean. Because so far as far as I know There's been 3 girls who've loved me. Probably not. Maybe. I don't know. The fact of the matter is They have all given up On me and our memories. Because I am Just a repetitive as I ever was. And I can Just take some sedatives and fall asleep. And I ran Just as I let you show me happiness. And I am Just as dumb and in love as I ever was.

about

Acoustic album.

I wanted to make an album that was stripped down and could stand on its own with out all the noises and ambient/instrumental/non-song filler tracks I enjoy making so much. Not sure if it stands on its own like I had hoped, but it is stripped down.

The name of this album comes from the house I lived in around the time I recorded it. Each song deals with a relationship I had at the time [except the cover] and the tracks are chronological to the specific relationship.

A fun fact about this record is that I recorded it inside of a fort made of all of the closet doors in the house.

The album begins on a low note, for when I moved into the Warren house, my 5 year relationship had just ended. The album ends on a high note, because I was in a relationship when I finished the record. The songs in between deal with various girls who will remain nameless.

Shaun Wisniewski: Poorly wrote and performed everything you hear [most of them first takes] except "Rocket Man" which is obviously a cover.

Dan Patterson: Pushed the record button on the computer and made sure my levels weren't too out of control. Also acted as a personal hype man, which was very kind of him.

about

Shaun W. Detroit

Shaun W. (fka Matilda) is meant to be more of a musical documentation of life events rather than a marketable musical cash cow.

It is the mostly solo, ever changing, ongoing musical project of Shaun Wisniewski.
Songs are mostly folk-y and noisy. They also have flourishes of electronic beats, sound collage, and synth. For the most part the songs are poorly produced, and that’s fine.
